Lily meets Miranda Cosgrove of Icarly

Lily loves, loves, loves, Icarly. The star of Icarly, Miranda Cosgrove, came to Memphis for a signing to promote the new Icarly CD that she has recorded several songs on. We waited a while to meet her, but Lily was soooo very excited. The wait was worth the smile on her face!

It's my birthday and I'm counting backwards now!

Matt brought me a beautiful bouquet of flowers from Hollidays. We went to dinner with Chris and Kellie Hanlon at Amerigo's (my favorite) and went to see Hancock at the theater. All in all it was a good birthday. I will be counting backwards from now on!

Hey! Are you old enough to drive?!

Noah loves to drive the ski boat. I just hope when he gets older he doesn't remember that we made him wear a pink floral ski jacket!

Henry

This is Henry, Mark's chicken. He has two other female chickens and another male (Kid Rock) that's a different breed. The kids love to go and see Uncle Mark's chickens!

Bling! Bling!

Here are a few pics of Ivey's ring. Way to go Uncle Dean! The date is set for May 16th!

More cupcake bites.

Yesterday, I helped Ivey make 100 cupcake bites for a shower she was giving today. We even figured out a few time saving steps to help move the process along a little faster.

Tell me about the bird you found.

Frogs!

Anybody who knows my kids, knows that they LOVE frogs and bugs. Lily named every frog that she caught. This one's name was Gabriella. She cried when I made her let Gabriella go. Noah is not afraid to pick up any kind of creature. Here he is holding a very large frog that he caught.

4th of July weekend

We had a great time at the lake this weekend. Lots of time for the kids to play together. They rode the four wheeler, scooters and skateboards, drew with chalk and went swimming too. I love this image of the flag. Mark's friend Jeff, helped the kids draw it.

Noah's Birthday Present

We had a few friends over for Noah's third birthday. The kids played in the little pool, jumped on the trampoline and splashed on the slip n slide. He got a really nice sandbox from Mimi and grandpa. He got money from Uncle Dean and Ivey and Mawmaw and Pawpaw. We took him shopping and after playing with a million toys, he left the store empty handed. Then for the next week all he could talk about is getting "that big fo wheela from the sto". He wanted on of the $200 powerwheels four wheelers. So, that weekend when we went to the lake, Dean and Matt went to the "sto" and got him "that big fo wheela"! They let it charge through the night and then the next day, we called Noah over to the garage and opened it up to reveal.......the big fo wheela.

Lily's Pool Party

Lily had a (belated birthday) swimming party at Ridgeway Country Club. She had 20 friends join in on the fun and everyone had a great time.
